Happy Saturday!

 Happy Saturday my friends!

Well, it's been a long week filled with some pollen, some allergies and now some rain to wash all the yellow away! Yay!

I spent the first part of the week off work and the last part of the week working at the library.

I still can't believe God gave me the very job I wanted and every day, as I travel the one mile to work, I thank Him for giving me the desire of my heart. I love the ladies I work with and being around all the books.

This week I created this book collection and it was fun to put it all together. The idea was to create a group of books that moms could read as they prepare for school next year, whether getting ready to homeschool or help their child keep up over the summer months.

I made this sign that sits on top of the bookshelf...

Can you spot my book..."I Could Never Do That!?

**A fun side note...I titled my book "I Could Never Do That! And Other Homeschooling Obstacles You Need to Get Over" because that was the first thing moms would say when talking about homeschooling their child..."I could never do that!"**

Anyway, this was a fun little project that I was happy to do and hopefully will get to do more of these over the years.

I also worked on the leather bound classics you see to the left of the school shelf. I created the sign for that shelf as well. There's an exact shelf on the other side, just opposite of this one, that is exactly the same and filled with the leather bound classics. Those books were all donated from a man's estate, after he passed away. What a gift!

Speaking of gifts...

Look at that smile! This is our youngest grand baby, Sunday James. He is Asa's baby brother and just as adorable. He's almost 3 months old and starting to smile and recognize everyone. He is precious!

Well, today I work half a day (we are open from 10:00-1:00), so I'm off to start my day. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, no matter the weather ☔ We will be wet and soggy over here. I think a nice, relaxing afternoon full of movies and laundry is in store for me.

Take care, everyone!

Until Next Time...

Blessings!
