Last night we celebrated our youngest grandson's birthday. This is Calem and he just turned ONE!
He had a cowboy themed birthday party, so everyone dressed up in their best (available) boots and hats and whatever else we could find to go along with the theme.
Calem was napping when everyone came in, so when he woke up and saw everyone, it took him a minute to process why so many people were suddenly present ðŸ¤
Here he is with PawPaw, after just waking up.
And of course, what's a party without all of the sisters? Here's Addie, the comedian. She's 4 1/2 and hilarious. We could write a book containing all the funny things she says.
Here's Ella Joy, who is 6 1/2. She is spunky and says she looks just like me, when I was a little girl.
Calem had a great party and it's hard to believe he's been here for a whole year already!
This was the aftermath of his cupcake, while he was waiting to be cleaned up. Usually he is so smiley and his sweet little spirit shines through. I think seeing a room full of people was a bit overwhelming for him.
We did get some smiles out of him later, but I didn't have my phone out taking pictures.
Asa was running around somewhere while all of this was going on. He always makes the most of his environment! 😀
Here's a picture of all the grand babies on July 4th. We need to recreate this picture every holiday and watch the growth of the kids. That would be fun!
To say we are blessed is an understatement. Each one of these babies brings such a uniqueness to our family. They are funny, serious, sweet and sassy. We can already see God's hand of gifting in them and imagine what the Lord is going to do with them in the future.
But for now, we are just enjoying the hugs and snuggles and all the toys scattered here and there 😅
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Until Next Time...
Blessings!
Awesome! Happy birthday Calem! Wishing you a beautiful day Debbie!

What a sweet birthday party! I remember when he was born last year. It's hard to believe that year went by so fast! I love the theme of the party, and I love the picture of you holding him. Your outfit is adorable!
